TSCII Glyphs grouping

1. independent vowels(12) and aaydham(1)
2. consonants(18 + 5 grandha)
3. numerals (0 to 10, hunded, thousand)
4. ligatures: grantha(srii, ksha, ksh), mey(18+5), mugarams(18), muugaarams(18), tigaram(1), tiigaaram(1)
5. dependant vowels(modifiers): pre, post, bi
6. quote(2), apos(2), copyright(1)

There is no code point Tamil virama(Unicode pulli) in TSCII. There is no need for this as TSCII has dedicated code points for the meys(18 + 5 grandha).
